On June 12th 2024, Eagle Hills officially launched the first sales phase of the Riga Waterfront project, beginning with the sale of apartments in the Courtyard Residences. The residential project, divided into four distinct building sections, offers 180 apartment units.

Building Structure

The G+7 Residential Building will feature three distinct levels:

  • Basement: Parking
  • Ground Floor (1st Floor): Commercial Spaces
  • Floors 2–7: Apartments

The Courtyard Residences will be divided into four separate blocks: A, B, C, and D. Each block will have its own entrance and elegantly designed lift lobbies, ensuring additional convenience and privacy for residents

The Courtyard Residences offer a variety of apartments, totaling 180 units, ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Apartments will feature:

Pricing and Reservations

Prices for apartments start at EUR 3,700 per square meter. Currently, apartments are open for reservation.

A minimum €250,000 investment in the Riga Waterfront would enable non-EU buyers to acquire temporary residence permits in Latvia, known as a European Golden Visa.
