Gonio Yachts & Marina is planned as a fully integrated coastal community, built around a world-class marina with a “city within a city” concept — a format not previously seen in the Georgian market.


The master plan covers approximately 200 hectares, with around 80 hectares preserved as a natural forest reserve, ensuring controlled density, open views, and long-term value.


The development will include:

• A 180-berth marina and yacht club

• Apartments, townhouses, and private villas

• Two 5-star hotels and branded residences

• Waterfront restaurants, cafés, and luxury retail
